Abnormal evolution of justice

Ideology is a system of political and economic thought that chooses a particular character in a particular environment in whom to incubate, and conviction is well-informed steadfastness. Simpleminded, impulsive, and stubborn, Rodrigo Duterte is just all wrong for both.

Ramos may have endorsed President Rodrigo Duterte during the 2016 elections, but he has since become critical of some of the administration's moves. The hero's burial of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos, whose fall from power was largely due to Ramos' reversal in 1986, was an "insult" to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Ramos has also voiced his concern on the war the PNP is waging against illegal drugs and stressed the need for an interdependent foreign policy.

Authorities either underestimate the threat that technology-related violence presents or do not have a full understanding of how the pervasiveness of such violence causes psychological and emotional distress.
According to Take back the Tech, a collaborative campaign against on-line forms of violence, about 95% of on-line harassment in the form of text, images and videos are targeted at women.
“A liberal interpretation of RA 9262 can include electronic violence as a form of psychological abuse,” said Claire Padilla, executive director of legal NGO, EngendeRights.
But one limitation of RA 9262 is that it is predicated on a dating relationship. You must be dating, having sex with or married to the perpetrator.

The case for 'Oplan Bakal'
by PCSupt Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar September 19, 2017

The term bakal is a Filipino colloquial for gun or firearm. Oplan Bakal dates back many, many years.
As we all know, and as clearly posted in the entrances of bars and clubs, firearms are not allowed inside the establishments.

Unknown to many, Oplan Bakal is welcome to club and bar management and owners who give police prior approval without knowing when the operation will be conducted because Oplan Bakal helps ensure the safety of the majority of the customers and the club personnel themselves.
