What do you know about the culture and the different in culture and language from island to island in Philippines?
Think about Legal age........Don´t make a Child Marriage....and putting lives at risk!!!!!!
What do you know about the history of the Philippines?
What do you know about family codes, life and traditions in Philippines?
Remember that divorce is not legal in the Philippines, so if....but read about it HERE
What do you know about DOs & DONTs in Dating in the Philippines?
The nature - climate - life - culture - language are maybe MUCH different in your country.
What´s the law - rules for residence permission in your country?
What´s the rules for getting family from Philippines visiting your country?
How often will it be possible to go home and visit the family in Philippines - that´s expensive (think of how often you have contact with your family in your country)
Marriage for a Filipino means much more, than it does for many foreigners - divorce is not accepted
What about adoption of child - children, if the comming spouse already have child - children?
If the marriage don´t work, what´s so the situation for the Filipino, what about the residence permission?
What about children - maybe adopted, who have got new citizenship - , if the Filipino have to leave your country?
Remember, that many countries don´t accept "Dual Citizenship". Are the filipino maybe ready to get only a new citizenship?
How will a Filipino be accepted in your family.....Have a serious talk with your family
How will your local community react?
What about the languages in your family after marriage? Try to think AND READ HERE
What about religion if you don´t belong to the same, which one will you accept for maybe comming children? What about the Filipino’s wishes?
Would you (and your family) accept a spouse practising another religion than yours?
Would you (and your family) accept to bring up, educate and keep the children in that religion - church, you and your spouse selected for them from birth untill their Legal age?

For a non-Muslim it´s very important to read and hear from other about their experience bad - good in a NON-Muslim - MUSLIM marriage for both them and children, and get accept from own family of such a marriage, before he - she accept dating - marriage. - How will your families and local communities react? The best way to find a contact is via one of the Filipino in a Filipino organization in your own country or better just via a Filipino in your country, who want to help some-one from his - hers family home in Philippines.
